30 gr gedroogde Chinese paddestoelen
1 pot gevogeltefond
100 gr kipfilet
100 gr varkensschnitzel
100 gr Noorse garnalen
100 gr bamboescheuten (blik)
100 gr spinazieblaadjes
100 gr tahoe
1 eetlepel lichte sojasaus
2 eieren
(2 theelepels aardappelzetmeel of maïzena)
peper, zout
bosuigroen
kroepoek

Maak de paddestoelen schoon en week ze.
Vul de pot gevogeltefond aan tot 1 liter en breng dit aan de
kook.
Voeg de in dunne repen gesneden kipfilet, de in dunne repen
gesneden varkensschnitzel en de garnalen toe en breng dit al
roerend weer aan de kook.
Voeg dan de in reepjes gesneden bamboescheuten, de
spinazieblaadjes, de in blokjes gesneden tahoe en de sojasaus
toe.
Klop de eieren los en roer ze bij de soep.
Bind de soep eventueel ietsje bij met het losgeroerd
aardappelzetmeel of de maïzena.
Roer een flinke draai peper, wat zout en gesnipperd bosuigroen
door de soep en serveer met kroepoek.
