± 750 gr kleine krieltjes
zout
1 dl olijfolie
1 takje tijm
3 teentjes knoflook
grof zeezout

Kook de krieltjes in water met zout in ± 12 minuten beetgaar en
laat ze afkoelen.
Verwarm de olijfolie ± 15 minuten zachtjes met de tijm en de
knoflook.
Laat dit afkoelen en bewaar het op kamertemperatuur.
Steek de krieltjes op dubbele spiesjes en rooster ze in ± 10
minuten goudbruin; keer ze halverwege.
Bestrijk ze tijdens het roosteren regelmatig met de geurige olie en
bestrooi ze voor het serveren met zeezout.
