12 drumsticks
zout, versgemalen peper
3 eetlepels olijfolie
2 eetlepels citroensap
1 eetlepel citroenrasp
2 eetlepels fijngehakte peterselie
enkele druppels tabasco

Kook de drumsticks in ruim water met zout 10 minuten voor, zodat het vlees
ook van binnen goed gaar wordt en laat ze daarna 10 minuten afkoelen.
Roer een marinade van de olie, het citroensap en de citroenrasp en doe er
daarna de peterselie, de tabasco en peper en zout bij.
Schenk de marinade over de drumsticks en laat ze minstens een half uur
marineren. Schep regelmatig om.
Steek de drumsticks met 3 stuks om en om aan 2 barbecuespiesen en rooster
ze op de hete barbecue in ± 10 minuten goudbruin en gaar.
Bestrijk de kip tijdens het roosteren regelmatig met de marinade.
