500 gr kipfilet
peper, zout
2 dl volle yoghurt
2 theelepels tandoorikruiden
2 eetlepels fijngesneden koriander
3 lente-uitjes

Snijd de kipfilet in blokjes van 3 x 3 cm en bestrooi ze met peper en
zout.
Meng de yoghurt met de tandoorikruiden en de koriander en laat de kip
hierin ± 5 minuten marineren.
Snijd de lente-uitjes in stukjes van ± 3 cm.
Rijg de kipfilet en de lente-ui om en om aan 10-12 spiesen en rooster ze
op de hete barbecue in ± 10 minuten door en door gaar.
