6 eetlepels olijfolie
1 teentje knoflook
1 theelepel garam masala
6 (struisvogel)biefstukjes á 75 gr
75 gr blauwschimmelkaas (bijvoorbeeld roquefort)
6 toefjes veldsla

Meng de olie met de knoflook en de garam masala en bestrijk de biefstukjes
hier aan beide kanten mee.
Snijd de kaas in 6 dunne plakjes.
Rooster de biefstukjes op de hete barbecue in ± 5 minuten rondom
bruin en gaar. Keer ze halverwege.
Leg op elk biefstukje een plakje blauwe kaas en laat het licht
smelten.
Garneer met de veldsla.
