750 gr erwten in de peul
100 gr gerookt spek
1/2 kleine krop sla
2 dl droge witte wijn
boter
peper, zout

Maak 4 zakjes (van ± 20 X 20 cm) van aluminiumfolie.
Dop de erwten, was ze en verdeel ze over de zakjes.
Snijd het spek in dunne reepjes.
Maak de sla schoon en snijd ze in dunne sliertjes.
Verdeel het spek en de sla over de zakjes, giet er de witte wijn over en
voeg wat peper en zout toe.
Plaats bovenop een klontje boter en rol de zakjes stevig dicht.
Leg de zakjes ongeveer 15 minuten op de barbecue en serveer ze bij
vleesgerechten.

Tip: In plaats van peulerwten kunt u ook diepvrieserwten gebruiken. Reken
hiervoor 100 gr per persoon.
