1 eetlepel (bier)mosterd
1 eetlepel paprikapoeder
1 eetlepel hot peppersauce
1 eetlepel Worcestershiresaus
3 eetlepels olie

Roer de ingrediënten in een kom tot een marinade.
Bestrijk het vlees hiermee en laat het afgedekt in de koelkast minstens
een half uur (liefst langer) marineren.

Indiase tandoorimarinade(
(voor kipkarbonades, kippenbouten, drumsticks of kalkoenspiesjes)

3 bosuitjes in ringen
2 eetlepels tandooripasta of -kruiden
3 eetlepels olie
1/8 liter zure room of yoghurt

Vermeng alle ingrediënten tot een romige marinade en schep de
uiringetjes erdoor.
