600 gr in ringen gesneden inktvis

Voor de marinade:
2 eetlepels olijfolie
2 eetlepels citroensap
2 uitgeperste teentjes knoflook
1/2 theelepel versgemalen zwarte peper
1 theelepel hete chilisaus
zout
citroenschijfjes

Was de inktvisringen en droog ze goed af tussen keukenpapier.
Vermeng in een glazen kom alle ingrediënten voor de marinade.
Voeg de inktvisringen toe, schep goed om en laat de marinade in de
koelkast afgedekt 1 uur intrekken.
Schenk wat olie op de hotplate van de barbecue en bak de ringen in
± 3 minuten gaar. (Door de inktvis eerst een uurtje te marineren,
wordt hij
mals en hij hoeft dan maar heel kort te worden gebakken).
Serveer de inktvisringen met beboterde stukken stokbrood en wat schijfjes
citroen.
