4 kabeljauwfilets á 150 gr
sap van 1/2 citroen
zout, versgemalen zwarte peper
verse dragon
1 kleine courgette
paar blaadjes citroenmelisse
boter

Besprenkel de visfilets met citroensap en bestrooi ze met zout en
peper.
Leg ze elk apart op een ruim genomen dubbel stuk aluminiumfolie.
Knip zoveel dragonblaadjes fijn, dat het 2 volle eetlepels zijn en verdeel
die over de vis.
Snijd de courgette in dunne plakken en leg die dakpansgewijs op de
dragon.
Leg hier en daar citroenmelisseblaadjes en vlokjes boter en vouw de
pakketjes losjes dicht, met de uiteinden naar boven.
Laat de vis in een warme oven (180°C) of op de barbecue in ± 15
minuten gaar worden.
Lekker met Franse frites en roergebakken peultjes met ruitjes rode
paprika.
