2 eetlepels olijfolie
1 teentje knoflook
1/2 eetlepel Provençaalse keukenkruiden
versgemalen peper, zout
5 eetlepels cranberrycompote
1 eetlepel aardbeienjam
1 eetlepel rode port
2 eetlepels roze peperkorrels

Neem de koteletjes 10 minuten van te voren uit de koelkast.
Roer de olijfolie om met de knoflook uit de pers, de kruiden, peper en
zout en bestrijk de koteletjes hiermee aan beide kanten.
Rooster ze onder een hete grill of op de barbecue in 10-15 minuten
gaar.
Verwarm voor de saus de cranberrycompote met de jam en roer de port
erdoor.
Voeg, als de saus wat te dik is, een scheutje water toe.
Roer er de peperkorrels bij roeren en laat de saus 5 minuten sudderen.
Serveer de saus warm bij het vlees.
