2 eetlepels Teriyakimarinade of sojasaus
2 uitgeperste teentjes knoflook
1 eetlepel olie
4 haasbiefstukjes (± 150 gr per biefstuk)
1 eetlepel fijngesnipperde bieslook

Maak een dag tevoren een marinade van de port, de Teriyakimarinade of de
sojasaus, de knoflook en de olie.
Voeg het vlees toe en laat het afgedekt een nacht in de koelkast
intrekken.
Neem de biefstukken uit de marinade en bak ze snel bruin op de hotplate
van de barbecue.
Bestrooi ze met de bieslook en serveer ze meteen.
