1/2 dl witte wijn- of appelazijn
1 eetlepel gembersiroop
1/2 dl cognac
het sap van 1 sinaasappel
2 eetlepels honing
2 geperste tenen knoflook
500 gr varkenskrabbetjes per persoon

Vermeng de sojasaus, de azijn, de gembersiroop, de cognac, het
sinaasappelsap, de honing en de knoflook, bestrijk de krabbetjes hiermee
en laat ze ± 2 uur marineren.
Rooster de krabbetjes ± 30 minuten op de barbecue, op flinke
afstand van de kolen (eerst de vleeskant 10 minuten, daarna de botkant).
