4 dikke plakken ham
200 gr kalfsvlees
8 sjalotjes
1 groene paprika, zaad en zaadlijsten verwijderd en in vieren gesneden
1 blikje ananasschijven (227 gr), in stukken gesneden

Voor de marinade:
1 eetlepel olijfolie
1 eetlepel sojasaus
1 dl droge rode wijn
1 theelepel vloeibare honing

Snijd de ham en het kalfsvlees in kebabblokjes.
Meng de ingrediënten voor de marinade en laat het vlees hierin 3 uur
marineren.
Neem 4 met olie bestreken roosterpennen en rijg hier de stukken vlees aan,
afgewisseld met de sjalotjes, stukken paprika en ananas.
Rooster de kebab 10 minuten, al draaiend boven een matig houtskoolvuur,
waarbij u ze steeds met de marinade bestrijkt.
