600 gr varkensfilet of fricandeau
3 eetlepels olie
1 eetlepel citroensap
1 teentje knoflook
2 eetlepels oregano
2 eetlepels tijmblaadjes
peper, zout
5 laurierblaadjes

Snijd het vlees in stukjes van ongeveer 4 cm.
Klop voor de marinade de olie, het citroensap, het uitgeperste teentje
knoflook, de oregano en de tijmblaadjes door elkaar.
Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
Marineer het vlees ± 2 uur in de marinade.
Breek de laurierblaadjes door de helft.
Rijg de stukjes vlees aan satéstokjes met een laurierblad
ertussen.
Grilleer de souvlaki onder een voorverwarmde grill in ± 5 minuten
gaar.
Bedruip het vlees tijdens het grilleren met de marinade.
