1 liter kippenbouillon
1 ui
1 struik bleekselderij
200 gr Stilton
25 gr boter
25 gr bloem
2 eetlepels slagroom
cayennepeper, zout

Fruit de gesnipperde ui in de boter.
Snijd de bleekselderij fijn.
Verkruimel de Stilton.
Roer de bloem door de ui en de boter, maak een roux en voeg de
bouillon toe.
Doe de bleekselderij erbij en laat die gaar worden.
Voeg de Stilton toe en laat de kaas smelten.
Doe er naar smaak peper en zout bij (pas op met zout, de
Stilton is al vrij zout) en roer er, van het vuur af, de
slagroom door.
Garneer met een toefje peterselie of wat fijngeknipt
selderijblad.
