250 gr broccoli
25 gr rauwe ham
1 kippenbouillontablet
1 theelepel oregano
3 eetlepels crème fraîche
versgemalen peper

Was de broccoli, snijd de roosjes van de stronkjes en snijd de
stronkjes in plakjes.
Snijd de rauwe ham in smalle reepjes.
Kook de broccolistronkjes ± 5 minuten in 4 dl water met
het bouillontablet.
Voeg de roosjes en de oregano toe en kook de broccoli in
± 8 minuten gaar.
Pureer de broccoli met de bouillon.
Doe de soep terug in de pan en klop er de crème
fraîche en peper naar smaak door.
Warm de soep nog even door.
Verdeel de soep over 2 borden en strooi de reepjes rauwe ham
erover.
