1 prei met groen
boter
200 gr gemengd gehakt
1 literblik bruine bonen
1 pot tomatenbouillon
2 vleestomaten
1 eetlepel peterselie
150 gr taugé

Fruit de gesnipperde uien en de in ringen gesneden prei 10
minuten in wat
boter.
Kruid het gehakt met peper en zout, draai er balletjes van en
bak die even
mee.
Neem de helft van de bruine bonen apart.
Pureer de rest, roer die met het vocht, de tomatenbouillon en
het water
bij de uien en breng het geheel aan de kook.
Ontvel de tomaten, schep de zaadjes eruit en snijd het
vruchtvlees in
blokjes.
Warm dit met de bruine bonen en de taugé op het laatst
even in de soep mee
en bestrooi de soep met peterselie.
