1/2 citroen
1/2 sinaasappel
1/2 liter visbouillon (tablet)
1/8 liter slagroom
1/2 theelepel fijngehakte dille
1 theelepel gembersiroop
zout, peper

Snijd de gerookte forel in stukjes.
Pers de citroen en de sinaasappel uit.
Breng de visbouillon met het citrussap en de slagroom aan de
kook en laat de soep op hoog vuur inkoken, tot er ongeveer 4
dl over is.
Voeg de dille, de gembersiroop en wat zout en peper toe.
Leg de stukjes forel in 2 voorverwarmde soepborden en schep er
de soep over.
