Maak 200 gr worteltjes schoon en snijd ze in reepjes.
Halveer 3 blaadjes nori (gedroogde zeewier) en knip of snijd
ze in heel dunne reepjes.
Maak 1 dunne prei schoon en snijd hem in heel dunne
ringetjes.
Breng 1 pot gevogeltefond (inh. ± 380 ml) met 5 dl
water en 1 kippenbouillontablet aan de kook, voeg de
worteltjes toe en kook ze in ± 3 minuten beetgaar.
Schep er de nori, de prei en 100 gr eiermie door en breng de
soep weer aan de kook.
Neem de pan van het vuur en breng de soep op smaak met 2
eetlepels Japanse sojasaus, 2 eetlepels droge sherry en
eventueel peper en zout.
Serveer direct.
