1 liter kalfsbouillon
100 gr kalfsgehakt
gemalen foelie
1 bouillontablet
100 gr brie
0,6 dl room
zout, peper
peterselie

Breng het kalfsgehakt op smaak met zout, peper en foelie en
maak er zeer
kleine balletjes van.
Pocheer deze in bouillon, gemaakt van een blokje.
Verwarm de kalfsbouillon even en zeef hem door een neteldoekse
lap.
Breng de gezeefde bouillon tegen de kook aan.
Doe de in stukken gesneden brie met een glas bouillon in de
mixer, mix ze
fijn en voeg het mengsel bij de bouillon.
Schenk de room bij de bouillon en breng dit dan even aan de
kook.
Verdeel de balletjes over de soepkoppen, voeg de bouillon toe,
strooi er
wat gehakte peterselie over en serveer met warm stokbrood.
