1 hele kip
versgemalen zeezout en peper
2 tenen knoflook
1 citroen
bosjes verse dragon, rozemarijn, peterselie en oregano

Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C.
Wrijf de binnen- en buitenkant van de kip in met zout en peper.
Snijd de knoflooktenen en de citroen in vieren.
Vul de buikholte van de kip met de knoflook, de helft van de citroen en de
helft van de kruidentakjes.
Leg de kip in een braadslee en gril hem in ± 1 uur goudbruin en
gaar.
Bedruip hem af en toe met braadvet.
Besprenkel de kip uit de oven met de rest van de citroen en knip de rest
van de kruidentakjes grof boven de kip.
Lekker met caesarsalad en grof brood met gezouten boter.
