4 eetlepels olijfolie
8 kippenvleugeltjes of kip-borrelhapjes
8 geplette tenen knoflook
1 theelepel bloem
1 eetlepel cognac
5 eetlepels kippenbouillon (van tablet)
2-3 eetlepels fijngesneden peterselie
zout, peper
10 draadjes saffraan

Verhit de olie en bak de kip en de knoflook hierin in 5-10 minuten
lichtbruin.
Verwijder de knoflook en bewaar ze in een vijzel.
Strooi de bloem in de pan en bak die al omscheppend even mee.
Voeg de cognac en de bouillon toe en laat de kip afgedekt 15 minuten
stoven.
Wrijf de gebakken knoflook in de vijzel fijn en meng dit met de
peterselie, zout, peper en de saffraan.
Roer het knoflookmengsel door de kip en laat alles nog eens 15 minuten
stoven.
