Verdeel de kip in stukken en braad die langzaam met de fijngesneden uien,
knoflook, gember en de pepers aan.
Voeg er voorzichtig de kerrie bij (die mag niet 'verschroeien)'.
Giet, als alles goed ruikt, langzaam een paar kopjes water met zout of
bouillon in de pan en voeg de salambladeren toe.
Naarmate de kip langer pruttelt, wordt het gerecht lekkerder.
U kunt de curry desgewenst binden met santen of aardappelen.
