1 liter kippenbouillon
500 gr tomaten
450 gr kipfilet
100 gr mager rookspek
10 gr bloem
4 eetlepels olie
2 uien
2 theelepels paprikapoeder
1 bekertje zure room
tijm
zwarte peper

Snijd de kipfilet in blokjes en het rookspek in dobbelsteentjes.
Snipper de uien.
Verhit de olie en bak alles hierin al omscheppend.
Ontvel de tomaten door ze even in kokend water (voor de bouillon) te
leggen en snipper ze grof.
Schep ze bij het vlees en roerbak ze even mee.
Strooi de bloem erover, voeg de tijm, zwarte peper en het paprikapoeder
toe en voed, al roerend, beetje bij beetje de bouillon toe.
Laat de gebonden saus op laag vuur 25 minuten zachtjes stoven.
Roer wat van de saus bij de zure room en roer dit, van het vuur af, bij de
goulash.
Lekker met macaroni en een groene salade.
