4 kipfilets
5 eetlepels bloem
50 gr boter
200 gr champignons in vieren
1 eetlepel fijngehakte ui
1 1/2 dl slagroom
3 eetlepels droge sherry
1 theelepel zout
een snufje peper

Wentel de kipfilets door de bloem en bak ze in de hete boter lichtbruin;
houd ze hierna apart.
Fruit de ui en de champignons, onder af en toe roeren, 5 minuten in de
pan.
Voeg de room, de sherry, zout en peper toe en roer deze er goed door.
Leg de filets terug in de pan en laat alles afgedekt 20 minuten zachtjes
stoven.
Leg de filets dan op een verwarmde schaal.
Maak de overgebleven bloem aan met wat water, voeg dit langzaam aan het
stoofvocht toe en laat de saus inkoken.
Giet de saus over de kip.
