1 kg kipdelen of 3 kipfilets
1 afgestreken eetlepel gemberpoeder
zwarte peper
2 grote gesnipperde uien
3 cm gemberwortel
4 gesnipperde tenen knoflook
5 eetlepels zoete ketjap
1/2 liter kippenbouillon
1 eetlepel witte natuurazijn
zout
olie

Wrijf de kip in met peper en gemberpoeder en laat dit 1 uur intrekken.
Bak de kip in de olie bruin en neem ze uit de pan.
Fruit de ui, de gember en de knoflook in het braadvet en blus af met de
bouillon.
Voeg de ketjap en de azijn toe en breng het geheel aan de kook.
Doe de kip weer in de pan en laat met het deksel op de pan 1/2 uur
garen.
Breng op smaak met zout.
