1 in stukken gesneden braadkuiken
zout, peper

1 groot glas port
1 blik champignons of 250 gr verse champignons
2 eierdooiers
1/8 liter slagroom

Wrijf de stukken kip in met zout en peper en laat dit 10 minuten
intrekken.
Smelt wat boter in een braadpan en bak de stukken kip hierin mooi
bruin.
Voeg de port toe en laat de kip op zacht vuur in ± 45 minuten gaar
sudderen.
Voeg dan de hele champignons toe en verwarm die 5 minuten mee.
Roer de eierdooiers en de room in een kommetje glad, doe er wat van het
vocht uit de braadpan bij en schenk dit al roerend in de pan, zodat een
gebonden saus ontstaat.
