1 blikje croissantdeeg
1 potje kersen zonder pit
1 bekertje zure room
5 bolletjes gember
1 teentje knoflook
± 300 gr kipfilet
1/3 flesje kerriesaus
zout, peper
150 gr geraspte kaas
wat boter

Verwarm de oven voor op ± 200°C.
Snijd de kipfilet in stukjes en bak die in wat boter rondom bruin en gaar.
Pers het teentje knoflook erboven uit.
Roer er de uitgelekte kersen, de in stukjes gesneden gember, de zure room
en de kerriesaus door.
Vet een ronde ovenschaal in met boter en bekleed die met het
croissantdeeg, zodat de punten van het deeg over de schaal hangen.
Doe het kipmengsel in het croissantdeeg, vouw de loshangende flappen
erover en bestrooi het geheel met geraspte kaas.
Zet het gerecht ± 20 minuten in de oven tot het bruin en gaar
is.
Lekker met (witlof)salade.
