1/2 liter slagroom
200 gr rauwe ham
Parmezaanse kaas
1 doosje champignons

Snijd de kipfilet in dikke repen of stukken, bak ze, haal ze uit de pan en
rol elk stuk in een plak rauwe ham.
Leg de rolletjes in een vuurvaste schaal en giet er de ongeklopte slagroom
over.
Bak de champignons en verdeel ze over de schaal.
Strooi er tenslotte naar smaak Parmezaanse kaas over.
Zet de schaal enige tijd koel weg, zodat de smaak van de slagroom en het
zout van de rauwe ham in de kip kunnen trekken.
Verwarm de schotel daarna in een op 175°C voorverwarmde oven.
