2 eetlepels olie
1/2-1 eetlepel rode currypasta (pot, toko)
1 grote rode paprika in dunne repen
500 gr kipfilet in reepjes
3 fijngesneden teentjes knoflook
2 eetlepels oestersaus
2 eetlepels Thaise vissaus (bijvoorbeeld Nam Pla)
2 eetlepels bruine suiker
4 lente-uitjes in stukjes
100 gr geroosterde ongezouten cashewnoten

Verhit de olie in een wok en roerbak de currypasta, de knoflook en de
paprika- en kipreepjes ± 3 minuten.
Voeg de oestersaus, de vissaus en de suiker toe en laat het mengsel op
zacht vuur ± 4 minuten stoven.
Door de suiker gaat het gerecht iets karameliseren.
Bak dan de lente-uitjes 2 minuten mee en schep er voor het serveren de
cashewnoten door.
