2 grote uien
250 gr champignons
1 rode paprika
600 gr kipfilet
peper, zout
50 gr boter
2 eetlepels tomatenpuree
1 dl kippenbouillon (van tablet)
1 dl zure room
1 eetlepel droge sherry
± 1 eetlepel allesbinder

Pel en snipper de uien.
Maak de champignons schoon en snijd ze in reepjes.
Snijd de kipfilet in reepjes van 5 cm en bestrooi ze met peper en
zout.
Verhit de boter in een braadpan en bak de reepjes kip op hoog vuur rondom
bruin.
Temper het vuur en laat de reepjes nog 3 minuten zachtjes bakken.
Neem de reepjes kip uit de pan.
Bak de ui in de rest van het bakvet glazig, voeg de plakjes champignon en
de reepjes paprika toe en bak ze ± 3 minuten mee.
Roer de tomatenpuree erdoor, voeg de bouillon toe, breng het mengsel aan
de kook en roer tot de saus bindt.
Roer de zure room, de sherry en de allesbinder door de saus, doe de
reepjes kip terug in de saus en laat het gerecht door en door warm
worden.
Lekker met rijst en courgettes.
