4 kipfilets
1/8 liter + 1 eetlepel teriyakisaus
2 theelepels gedroogde uisnippers
1/4 theelepel knoflookpoeder
1 liter kippenbouillon
1 theelepel sojasaus
1/4 literblik ananasstukjes met sap
± 50 gr bloem

Marineer de kipfilets 1-2 uur in de 125 ml teriyakisaus; draai ze af en
toe om.
Meng de uisnippers, het knoflookpoeder, wat kippenbouillon, de sojasaus,
de stukjes ananas met het sap en 1 eetlepel teriyakisaus in een kleine
kom.
Gebruik verse teriyakisaus uit de fles, niet een deel van de marinade.
Neem de kipfilets uit de marinade en laat ze uitlekken; gooi de marinade
weg.
Haal de kipfilets aan alle kanten door de bloem.
Laat in een braadpan wat olie heet worden en bak de kipfilets hierin
goudbruin.
Voeg het ananasmengsel toe en laat de kipfilets in 15-20 minuten gaar
sudderen.
Lekker met droge witte rijst.
