4 kipfilets van 100 gr
1 snee oudbakken casinobrood
50 gr geraspte kaas
1 eierdooier
450 gr kwark
4 plakjes rauwe ham
boter
schijfjes citroen
2 eetlepels gehakte peterselie

Bak de kipfilets en laat ze afkoelen.
Verkruimel het brood en vermeng het met de kaas, de eierdooier, de
peterselie en de kwark.
Bedek de filets met een plakje ham en verdeel er het kwarkmengsel
over.
beboter een ovenschaal, leg het vlees erin en laat er 15 cm onder grill
een bruin korstje op komen.
garneer met de citroen en de peterselie.
