4 kipfilets van 100 gr
4 plakken bacon
50 gr boter
125 gr champignons (halveer grote exemplaren)
4 eetlepels witte wijn of water met citroensap
1/8 liter room
2 eetlepels geraspte kaas
peper, zout

Wrijf de kipfilets in met peper en weinig zout, wikkel ze in de bacon en
bak ze rondom bruin.
Leg de champignons om de filets heen en sprenkel de wijn erover.
Meng de room met de kaas en giet dit over de filets.
Laat de kip in de gesloten pan 15 minuten stoven.
Serveer met rijst, pasta of stokbrood en geef er sperzieboontjes bij.
