1 dl rode wijn
1 gesnipperde sjalot
1 blaadje laurier
1 eetlepel geraspte gember
3 dl kippenbouillon
3 eetlepels teriyakisaus (Kikkoman)
aardappelmeel
50 gr peultjes
zout, peper
50 gr taugé
tabasco
2 kipfilets
2 eetlepels olie

Laat de wijn met de sjalot, de laurier, de gember en de bouillon tot de
helft inkoken.
Doe de teriyakisaus erbij en laat nog 5 minuten inkoken.
Bind de saus eventueel met aardappelmeel.
Kook de peultjes in water met zout beetgaar.
Roer de peultjes en de taugé door saus en breng op smaak met zout
en tabasco.
Wrijf de kipfilets in met zout en peper en bak ze in de olie in ±
10 minuten rondom bruin en gaar.
Snijd de kip in schuine stukken en serveer met de saus, rijst en in boter
gestoofde macedoine van groenten.
