1 kiprollade van ± 500 gr
1 blikje perzikpartjes
4 eetlepels pindakaas
1 eetlepel ketjap benteng manis
1 eetlepel citroensap
2 eetlepels water
2 theelepels sambal oelek
1/2 theelepel djahé (gemberpoeder)
100 gr boter
peper, zout

Bak en braad (of grill) de kiprollade zoals u gewend bent.
Verwarm al roerend de pindakaas au bain-marie met de ketjap, het
citroensap, het water, de sambal en de djahé.
Voeg de uitgelekte perziken toe en maak de saus op smaak af met zout en
peper.
Leg de rollade (eventueel weer verwarmd) op een voorverwarmde schaal en
schenk de saus erover.
