4 kipfilets van 100 gr
zout, peper
1 ei
1/2 eetlepel citroensap
paneermeel
125 gr boter
4 (uitgetande) schijfjes citroen

Bestrooi de kipfilets met zout en peper en laat dit 5 minuten
intrekken.
Klop het ei met 1/2 eetlepel water en het citroensap los.
Wentel de kipfilets door paneermeel, dan door het ei en weer door
paneermeel.
Verhit de boter in een koekenpan tot het schuim begint weg te trekken en
leg de kipfilets erin.
Til de filets DIRECT op om de boter eronder te laten lopen en bak de
kipfilets in 6 minuten per kant lichtbruin.
Schik ze op een voorverwarmde schaal en leg op elke kipschnitzel een
schijfje citroen.
Schenk wat water bij de bakboter en roer alle aanzetsels los.
Geef de jus er apart bij.
