3 flinke kipfilets
250 gr champignons in plakjes
1 rode en 1 groene paprika in stukjes
2 teentjes knoflook
1 flinke gesnipperde ui
1 blik ananas (1/2 liter)
2 borrelglaasjes whisky
500 gr rijst
1 theelepel kerriepoeder

Snijd de kip in dobbelsteentjes.
Kook de champignons en laat ze uitlekken.
Bak de kip, voeg de champignons, de ui, de paprika en de knoflook toe en
bak die 10 minuten mee.
Voeg het kerriepoeder toe.
Snijd de ananas in blokjes en voeg die toe (bewaar het vocht).
Laat dit alles nog 20 minuten zachtjes sudderen.
Kook de rijst.
Maak een saus van het ananassap en de whisky, laat die ± 2 minuten
koken en bind hem daarna met maïzena.
Serveer direct.
