1 limoen
3 eetlepels medium dry sherry (fles á 0,75 liter, Pasada)
2 eetlepels zonnebloemolie + zonnebloemolie om in te vetten
1 eetlepel nasikruiden (zakje á 25 gr, Conimex)
10 takjes koriander
2 eetlepels sesamzaad (zak á 250 gr, Zonnatura)

Was de drumsticks en dep ze droog.
Was de limoen, rasp de schil en pers de limoen uit.
Roer een marinade van het limoensap, de limoenrasp, de sherry, de olie
en
de nasikruiden.
Was de koriander, hak de helft fijn en roer de fijngehakte koriander door
de marinade.
Leg de drumsticks in de marinade en laat ze afgedekt in de koelkast
± 2 uur marineren;. keer ze af en toe.
Rooster het sesamzaad ± 3 minuten in een droge koekenpan.
Verwarm de oven voor op de grillstand.
Bestrijk het rooster met olie en leg de drumsticks erop.
Grill de drumsticks in ± 30 minuten gaar en keer ze regelmatig.
Verdeel de drumsticks over 2 borden en bestrooi ze met sesamzaad.
Garneer met takjes koriander.
