300 gr kipfilet in dobbelsteentjes
zout, peper
40 gr boter
400 gr voorgekookte krieltjes
100 gr gepelde sjalotjes
1 rode paprika en 1 groene paprika in reepjes
2 theelepels rozemarijn
1 dl bouillon
1 1/4 dl crème fraîche

Bestrooi de kip met zout en peper.
Verhit de boter, bak de kip rondom bruin en neem de kip uit de pan.
Bak in dezelfde pan de krieltjes, sjalotjes, paprika en rozemarijn
zachtjes ± 10 minuten.
Voeg de bouillon toe en stoof het gerecht op laag vuur met het deksel op
de pan zachtjes ± 15 minuten.
Roer de crème fraîche en de kip erdoor en stoof die ±
5 minuten mee.
