400 gr witte bonen
400 gr varkenspoelet
2 laurierblaadjes
4 kruidnagels
6 peperkorrels
1/2 theelepel tijm
1 bouillontablet
5 preien
zout
1 bekertje yoghurt
4 tomaten

Zet de bonen een dag tevoren in ruim water te weken en doe er
de volgende dag het vlees, de laurier, kruidnagels,
peperkorrels, tijm en bouillontablet bij (er moet minstens 2
liter vocht zijn; vul zo nodig aan met water) en laat alles 1
1/2 uur zachtjes koken.
Snijd de preien in ringen, was ze, voeg ze uitgelekt bij de
soep en kook deze nog een kwartier.
Maak de soep op smaak met wat zout en roer er de yoghurt
door.
Strooi helemaal op het laatst de in blokjes gesneden tomaten
over de soep.
