200 gr suiker
300 gr worteltjes
300 gr amandelen
1 citroen
1 zakje vanillesuiker
60 gr bloem
2 theelepels bakpoeder
1/2 theelepel kaneelpoeder
100 gr poedersuiker

Klop de eidooiers met de suiker en de vanillesuiker in ± 5 minuten
licht en schuimig.
Schep er de geraspte worteltjes, de fijngemalen amandelen, de rasp van de
citroen, 2 eetlepels citroensap, de bloem, het bakpoeder en het
kaneelpoeder door.
Klop de eiwitten stijf en spatel ze door het wortelmengsel.
Schep dit in een ingevette glazen cakevorm (28 cm) en bak de cake,
onafgedekt, 14-15 minuten op 650-700 Watt.
Roer de poedersuiker en 1 eetlepel citroensap tot een egaal glazuur en
schenk dit over de afgekoelde, gekeerde cake.
