2 repen chocolade á 75 gr
250 gr roomboter
2 eetlepels cacao
2 eieren
150 gr witte basterdsuiker
2 rollen biscuit

Breek de chocolade in een schenkkan, voeg de boter in stukjes toe en smelt
dit in 2 minuten op HOOG (100%).
Vermeng intussen de basterdsuiker, de cacao en de eieren en roer dit goed
door.
Giet de gesmolten boter en chocola door het cacaomengsel.
Verbrokkel de biscuit en roer die door het chocolademengsel.
Bekleed de bodem van een quichevorm van 27 cm doorsnee met bakpapier,
spatel het mengsel in de vorm en laat het in de koelkast opstijven.
