375 gr broccoli
2 eetlepels olie
7 cm geschilde verse gemberwortel in flinterdunne reepjes
1 mespunt zout
1 mespunt suiker
1 eetlepel maïzena
1 dl kippenbouillon
1 eetlepel gembernat
1 eetlepel lichte sojasaus

Snijd het onderste deel van de broccolistelen af en doe de stukjes
weg.
Schil de rest van de stelen.
Verdeel de broccoli in roosjes en snijd schuine stukjes van de stelen.
Verhit de olie 5 minuten in een grote schaal in de magnetron op de hoogste
stand.
Doe de stelen van de broccoli en de gember in de schaal en kook ze 2
minuten op hoog.
Doe er de roosjes bij, dek de schaal af en kook nog eens 2 minuten op de
hoogste stand.
Vermeng de rest van de ingrediënten, schenk het mengsel over de
groenten en schep goed om.
Zet de schaal, onafgedekt, in de magnetron en laat nog 2-3 minuten koken
tot de broccoli nog net knapperig en de saus gebonden is.
Serveer het gerecht direct.

Tip: Kook broccoli nooit te gaar; ze gaat dan onaangenaam ruiken en
verliest de mooie groene kleur.
