3 dl droge witte wijn
250 gr geraspte Gruyèrekaas
200 gr Stilton (Engelse blauwe kaas)
2 eetlepels witte port
1/2 volkorenbrood

Verwarm de witte wijn met de Gruyère, afgedekt, 7 minuten op 400
Watt tot de kaas smelt.
Klop het in 30 seconden met de garde glad.
Verkruimel de Stilton erbij, voeg de port toe en warm het nog 1 minuut op
400 Watt.
Houd de fondue op een réchaud warm.
Snijd het brood in dikke sneetjes en daarna in blokjes en geef ze bij de
fondue.
Lekker met rode koolsalade met sinaasappelstukjes en walnoot.
