1 blikje tomatenpuree
25 gr boter
25 gr bloem
21/2 dl water
1 theelepel bouillonpoeder
tijm, peterselie
zout
eventueel 2 eetlepels crème fraîche

Smelt de boter in 1 minuut HOOG (100%).
Klop er met een garde de bloem door en voeg het water, het bouillonpoeder
en de tomatenpuree toe.
Verwarm dit 2 minuten op HOOG (100%).
Doe de kruiden erbij en zet de saus op HOOG (100%) nog 1 minuut in de
magnetron.
U krijgt u de saus extra romig door er tot slot nog 2 eetlepels
crème fraîche door te roeren.
