100 gr champignons
1/2 dl droge witte wijn
20 gr boter
3 dl warm water
1 pakje champignonsoep
1/2 liter water
citroensap
crème fraîche

Was de champignons, snijd ze in plakjes en sprenkel er wat citroensap
over.
Smelt de boter 1 minuut op HOOG (100%), roer er de champignonplakjes door
en smoor ze afgedekt 2 minuten op HOOG (100%) in de magnetron.
Roer het pakje champignonsoep door het halve liter water, voeg de wijn
eraan toe, doe de soep bij de champignons en kook dit 7 minuten op HOOG
(100%).
Roer de soep even, gevolgd door 3 minuten op MIDDEN LAAG (30%).
Verdun de soep met het water en warm haar zo nodig weer in de magnetron
op.
Roer tot slot 2 eetlepels crème fraîche door de soep.
