1/2 theelepel kerrie
1 eetlepel maïzena
100 gr crème fraîche
20 gr boter
peper, zout
150 gr krabvlees

Verwarm de melk in een beker 11/2 minuut op HOOG (100%).
Klop de eieren los met de kerrie, de maïzena, peper en zout en voeg
de melk, de crème fraîche en de kleingesneden krab toe.
Beboter de soufflévorm en giet het krabmengsel erin.
Zet de vorm in de magnetron en verwarm dit 5 minuten op MIDDEN HOOG
(70%).
Roer de soufflé voorzichtig door en zet de vorm nogmaals 5 minuten
op MIDDEN HOOG (70%) in de magnetron.
Laat de krabsoufflé voor het serveren iets afkoelen.
