600 gr kabeljauwfilet (liefst 3 stuks)
zout, peper
citroensap
2 venkelknollen
6-8 plakjes bacon
boter
1 bakje roomkaas met sjalotjes
1 dl droge witte wijn
peterselie

Bestrooi de kabeljauwfilets met zout en peper, besprenkel ze met
citroensap en zet ze 15 minuten weg.
Maak de venkelknollen schoon, knip de stelen en het groen eraf en snijd de
knollen in plakken.
Vet een ruime magnetronschaal in en vul deze in laagjes met de visfilet,
de bacon en de venkelplakjes.
Roer de kaas los met de wijn en verdeel dit erover.
Dek de schaal af met een deksel en zet hem in de magnetron.
Schakel deze 12 minuten in op 700 Watt en laat het gerecht, afgedekt, nog
5 minuten nagaren.
Knip wat peterselie en venkelgroen fijn en strooi dit erover.
