300 gr panklare broccoli
1 eetlepel olie
1 kuipje Boemboe voor Ajam Smoor (Conimex)
2 dl kokosmelk
250 gr kabeljauwfilet
2 eetlepels fijngeknipt korianderblad

Snipper de ui en de knoflook.
Verwijder de zaadjes uit het pepertje en hak het vruchtvlees fijn.
Verdeel de broccoli in kleine roosjes.
Verhit de olie, onafgedekt, ± 30 seconden op 600 Watt.
Voeg de ui, de knoflook en het pepertje toe en verhit ze, onafgedekt,
± 2 minuten op 600 Watt.
Schep de broccoli erdoor en verwarm, afgedekt, 2 minuten op 600 Watt.
Klop intussen de inhoud van het kuipje boemboe en de kokosmelk door
elkaar.
Schenk de saus bij de groente en leg de vis in de saus.
Laat de vis, afgedekt, in ± 6 minuten op 600 Watt gaar worden.
Schep tussentijds tweemaal om.
Garneer met het korianderblad.
Serveer er pandanrijst bij.
